Fees

Prorated membership fees for the 2026 calendar year are as follows:

Single-family homes: $352.02 per year (includes GST)
Multifamily (condominiumized) homes: $283.89 per year (includes GST)

Please note, these rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted by the Residents’ Association Board of Directors as needed. RA fees will not be collected until The Village is open and usable by residents in April 2026.
