The Village was designed and built for a variety of indoor and outdoor activities in all seasons.

Outside, the Village includes a skating ribbon, walking paths, basketball courts, all ages playground, spray park, tennis court, ice rink, patio spaces, firepit and toboggan hill
Inside has a gymnasium, rentable rooms for programs, activities and where residents can host private events, banquet space, seating and gathering areas

Fees

Membership fees for the 2025 calendar year are as follows:

Single-family homes: $465 per year
Multifamily (condominiumized) homes: $375 per year

Please note, these rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted by the Residents’ Association Board of Directors as needed. RA fees will not be collected or accrued until The Village is open and usable by residents in 2026. The 2025 annual fee is provided for our resident’s knowledge, but the amount is reviewed annually. Please be aware that fees may see a small change once The Village opens in April 2026.
